What you will be doing:
The Account Development Representative will introduce Kyte Learning to new clients through inbound response to leads, outbound contacting, social media and email campaigns. The Account Development Representative will work alongside the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed quarterly and annual qualified meetings quotas for designated markets. Additionally, Account Development Representative’s provide regular, accurate forecasts and will update lead status using HubSpot, our CRM.
We are looking for a dedicated individual that wants to work hard with us to build something educators really love. We hope you will possess at least one if not many of the following “cool person” qualities:
*Creative and assertive communication skills
*Open to feedback and team collaboration
*A minimum of 2 + years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment (preferably selling technology solutions)
*Ability to adapt to market in order to consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frames
*Experience selling software products and services (SaaS)
*Demonstrate the ability to comprehend sales/marketing software tools to extrapolate data for lead conversion within an academic environment
*Bachelor’s Degree in any related field is preferred, but not required
*Basic knowledge of CRM tools
